Quick start:
- Get the extension from Chrome Web Store and configure Voice Mode settings through the ⚙️ icon near Poe AI's input field. Set your voice recognition language, choose TTS voice, and customize voice interaction preferences
- To start a voice chat with Poe AI, activate voice mode by clicking the 🎙️ icon or pressing the “X” key outside the input field. Release the key when you finish speaking. Poe AI will respond using your selected text-to-speech voice. For longer voice inputs, press and hold the “X” key while speaking, then release it when you're done. To replay or listen to a specific message, click the 🔈 icon below the message.

This app should have a higher rating. I just installed it on 12/21/24 and it works flawlessly and has increased my productivity a lot. I like entering my prompts through voice but then reading the answers on the screen, as this results in the fastest information intake, and this app allows just that. I love that you just hold down the key 'x' while talking or just tap x once and speak at your leisure and then say “enter” when you're done and the prompt is submitted.
